We will focus on being HEALTHY…not skinny. Through goal setting and monitoring your progress, we will work to create dietary patterns that work with your lifestyle, your body, and your taste buds! Sports Nutrition:

As an athlete myself, I enjoy working with other athletes! Whether you are an accomplished competitor or a recreational exerciser, your body requires the right foods to fuel you through your workouts, training, and competitions. Not only will we discuss proper food choices, but we will also talk about proper timing of meals and snacks, “game-day” strategies, and how to alter your diet when you are not training. By measuring your muscle mass and your body fat percentage at each visit we can ensure that your diet and your workouts are helping you reach your physical and health goals (see Body Composition description below).

Medical Nutrition Therapy:

Do you have a medical condition that can be treated or improved through proper nutrition and an exercise program? Compleat Nutrition offers nutrition counseling for a variety of medical conditions including, but not limited to:

InBody Composition Analysis:

Health and weight management are much more complex than the number you see on the scale. For many years, one’s Body Mass Index (BMI) has been the gold standard for measuring a healthy weight, but that number, too, is not always an accurate depiction of a person’s health/weight. For the most accurate body composition analysis, Compleat Nutrition uses the InBody 230. This equipment provides a precise body composition, segmental lean (muscle) analysis, and body fat percentage (a more accurate measurement than the BMI). This analysis gives us a detailed profile of what makes up your body weight (what percentage of your weight is water, fat, muscle, etc.), which allows us to accurately monitor your weight loss and make sure that you are losing body fat, not muscle.

This is an invaluable tool for weight management clients, as well as athletes, and anyone looking for an accurate analysis of their overall health.

This analysis is available with nutrition consulting appointments or can be purchased separately.

Getting Started: Compleat Nutrition’s Initial Nutrition Assessment and Consultation Session: 90 minutes

This session provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other! During your initial consultation I will complete a thorough review of your medical and nutrition history, available blood work, and the ins-and-outs of your daily routine and patterns. We will discuss your long-term health goals and begin to establish short–term goals that you can start incorporating into your daily routine immediately.

Based on the information shared during this session, I will be able to design an effective and individualized nutrition program that will keep you motivated and assist you in achieving your health goals.

You will leave your initial nutrition consultation with:

  • The accomplishment of taking the first step towards a healthier lifestyle
  • The feeling of being back in control of your health
  • Your 2nd biggest supporter on your wellness journey – ME! (You are your biggest supporter!)
  • At least one short-term goal for the upcoming week to begin making changes and seeing results
  • Handouts, guides, and supplemental information to serve as additional tools as you begin to make changes

Staying on Track: Compleat Nutrition’s Follow-Up Sessions: 45-60 minutes

Your ‘Staying on Track’ appointments are your opportunities to get the most out of your personalized nutrition program. These sessions provide on-going support as you continue to make significant behavior changes and integrate new eating habits. During these sessions we will celebrate your successes, learn how to problem solve and overcome the inevitable challenges, and optimize your nutrition program through continued education. Long-term and short-term goals will be revisited and updated to reflect your current objectives. Your “Staying on Track” sessions are the keys to your success!

Compleat Nutrition Programs and Packages

Initial + 2 follow-up appointments  
This package offers one 60-minute initial appointment and two 45-minute follow-up coaching sessions. Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on the client’s needs, but must be used within 6 months of purchase.  The cost of this package is $390.  Charges for continued coaching sessions are subject to standard follow-up appointment rates.

Initial + 4 follow-up appointments
This package includes one 60-minute initial appointment and four 45-minute follow-up coaching sessions.  Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on the client’s needs, but must be used within 10 months of purchase.  The cost of this package is $625. 3-month program
